Almost perfect. Stewed fruit, great bitterness, extremely round and perfect tannins. Close to a grand cru burgundy in a good year with 10-15 years of age. — a month ago
Age is this bad boys friend. Rich black fruit on the nose. Smooth and buttery tannins. Blackberry is dominant Macerated black olive on the mid palate with eucalyptus on the longer finish. — 18 days ago
Dry, slight pear taste. As a result wine drinker, I don’t normally drink rose but while in Provence have been trying different ones. This is my fav so far. — 4 days ago
2020 vintage. Last tasted 8.31.23 (9.3). Medium body then and now. A bit brighter fruit 7 months ago. This got a little "darker" fruitwise and flashed more tannins throughout. 4.19.24. — a month ago
I am biased for Rioja but this is a very good demonstration of why. Great balance ripe reserved fruit in harmony with some slight puckering length. Better in 10 years. Totally fine now. — 21 days ago
