Big Nose Full Body Wine Sales in Brooklyn.
This is the 2013 vintage Extra Brut. Delicious and easy, but not particularly complex for the money. Not the best QPR or vintage. — 13 days ago
From a tiny old world list. Nice balance and in a good spot. Paired with elk. 14.5% abv. — 20 days ago
Creamy. Apples, pears, pineapple, and white melon. Consistent regional producer. Nice packaging and solid value, though I’m Alto Adige biased. — a month ago
I wish this wine had something to hang its hat on outside of good packaging and being the “first single vineyard bottling in Chianti Classico.” Bitter balance. Leaves me wanting. — 3 days ago
Apple blossom, red apple skin, underripe blackberry, stone fruit, orange pith, flint, and chalk. Loads of acid and all around structure. Undergoes malolactic and ages in neutral oak.
Has all the right stuff for further cellaring.
Hard to find. Far more complex than many of the tasting notes give it credit for. — 17 days ago
Walker Bay Pinot Noir. Awesome wine (and packaging) for the money. Black tea and spice box. Sonoma creaminess. Would like to try this next to Au Bon Climat Santa Barbara Pinot for the same money. — a month ago
Just a baby. Raspberry compote. Blackberry, black currant, licorice, and mocha. Acid, tannin, and fruit working in beautiful harmony.
Alcohol stands out at 14.6% and it’s expensive, which both drop the rating. Organic farming. — 8 days ago
Found for cheap in Memphis. Faulted by volatile acidity. Sharpie and acetone. Shame.
I had high hopes. — 20 days ago
This is the “Betont” bottling at 11% abv.
Well made orange. 100% Neuburger with 4.5 days on skins. Great balance. — 23 days ago

Charming. Bright, but with soft fruitiness. Always easy to drink. Biodynamic. — 8 hours ago
