Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Lovely wine, not as robust as I would have chosen for the salmon, but beautiful on its own. Restaurant lists are what they are. I’d order this again.

Nice Pinot. A bit lighter than I had in mind to pair with the salmon, but it’s what they had. On its own, absolutely delightful.

Ample mouthfeel, tart red fruit, dried herbs, a little funky. V good
